Congratulations to our GJQ Competition BBQ Team as they are now the only high school in the nation to have their own line of BBQ rubs packaged and for sale. All four rubs are being sold at Whiskey Bent BBQ Supply with plans to grow to additional stores and online retailers.
All profits from each bottle sold go directly back to the students and the program to help fund practice cooks, competitions, and other student activities.
GJQ will be competing and vending at the “I Love Lakeland Pig Festival” in a couple of weeks. So make plans to stop by and taste some delicious GJQ BBQ, meet some wonderful students, and have the opportunity to purchase additional rubs!
