The franchise owners (Chris and Holly Eakes) opened their restaurant on Tuesday, 2/4 and the first 100 guests in line won free chicken salad for a year. As part of pre-opening Friends & Family events in Lakeland, the restaurant also raised over $3,300 for kidsPACK, a nonprofit organization with a mission to feed less fortunate children in Polk County and beyond.
