You love to preach “transparency” to the public, but when it comes to the one thing you’re actually in charge of, Polk County Animal Control, there’s nothing but silence, filth, and failure. The conditions are disgusting, the policies are outdated or nonexistent, and the suffering happening behind those walls is in your hands.
When are you going to start giving a damn? How bad does it have to get before you act like it matters?
We’re sick of the lies, the coverups, and the complete lack of compassion or accountability. You’re not fooling anyone. Do better, Grady. The animals deserve better. The public demands change and we’re not going to shut up about it.
