Let Floridians sue for lack of vaccines

State Rep. Monique Miller is proposing a new law that would allow people to sue if harmed by a vaccine.

But I think Miller should also propose a new law that would allow anyone who gets polio – or another life-threatening disease – to sue because of a lack of preventive vaccines.

And I believe this new law should have no statute of limitations.

Gov. Ron DeSantis and state Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo should be listed among the defendants in these lawsuits for encouraging vaccine denialism in Florida.

This law should also expand the crime of “child abuse” to prosecute parents who deny their children vaccines that have been administered for generations – and have led to the elimination of horrible, devastating diseases such as polio.

In “The Free State” of Florida, the inmates have taken over the asylum.
