AURA AERO* will be exhibiting at SUN ’n FUN Aerospace Expo in Lakeland, Fla., the second largest U.S. airshow dedicated to general aviation, April 14 to 19. The manufacturer will showcase INTEGRAL R, its two-seat training aircraft with aerobatic capabilities, already certified in Europe and ready to begin final assembly in the U.S. in summer 2026.
AURA AERO will be joined by Mike Goulian, U.S. national aerobatic champion, former Red Bull Air Race series pilot and ambassador for INTEGRAL R in the United States. He and his team will meet visitors and answer questions about the aircraft April 14 at 2 p.m.
AURA AERO’s presence at SUN ‘n FUN is part of the acceleration of the company’s development in the U.S. In 2025, the manufacturer opened a new site at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Research Park in Daytona Beach, Fla., for the assembly, delivery, and after-sales support of INTEGRAL in the North American market.
With more than half of the global aviation training market concentrated in the United States, nearly 600 FAA-certified schools, more than 525,000 pilots, and growing demand for modern, economical, and more environmentally friendly aircraft, the INTEGRAL family arrives at a strategic moment.
Certified in Europe since December 2024, INTEGRAL R is aiming for FAA certification this year, paving the way for the first deliveries on the continent as early as the end of 2026.
A complete range for training and recreational aviation INTEGRAL is available in 3 complementary versions:
● INTEGRAL R, designed for advanced training and aerobatics, is a taildragger with a 210 horsepower Lycoming piston engine. It is EASA certified, with FAA certification expected in 2026, and has been delivered in Europe since 2025.
● INTEGRAL S, designed for training and recreational aviation, is a nosewheel aircraft with a 180 horsepower Lycoming piston engine. EASA certification and first deliveries in Europe are expected later this year.
● INTEGRAL E is the 100% electric version of the R and S models. EASA certification and first European deliveries are expected in 2027.
The INTEGRAL aircraft are equipped with the latest Garmin avionics and with EPONA, the exclusive digital platform developed by AURA AERO, which records and analyzes all flight data. This solution improves pilot and aircraft performance analysis, optimizes fleet operations, and enables the implementation of predictive maintenance, reducing costs and maximizing aircraft availability.
Available with Lycoming internal combustion engines or a Safran electric motor, INTEGRAL meets UPRT and VFR requirements. It also stands out for its unique level of safety in its category, being the only aircraft equipped with a full rescue parachute.
