- Naming Rights: In recognition of the foundational donation, the Radiography Suite at the new Polk State Haines City-Davenport Campus will be named the Orlando Health Radiography Suite.
- New Campus Expansion: The 75,000-square-foot facility sits on a 7.8-acre property near I-4 and U.S. 27. Set to open in January, the new campus will serve as a consolidated, state-of-the-art hub for Polk State’s Health Sciences programs.
- Healthcare Impact: The facilities will support programs in diagnostic medical sonography, cardiovascular technology, occupational and physical therapy, radiography, and respiratory care to help meet critical regional healthcare workforce needs.
- Broader Partnership: The gift builds on an existing relationship between the organizations, including Polk State’s participation in Orlando Health’s Preferred Education Program (PEP), which covers 100% of tuition and books for eligible Orlando Health team members pursuing degrees or certificates at the college.
