Polk County’s Special Magistrate hearings for the Code Enforcement Notice of Violation and Notice of Hearing cases involving WHS Visions of Lakeland, LLC. have been continued until Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, at 10 a.m. Cases were originally noticed to be heard on Thursday, Oct. 17. Attorneys for BS Ranch filed a motion for extension of time with Polk County last week. Polk County agreed to a one-month continuation; however, the Special Magistrate has moved the cases to be heard in December.
