April was another busy month for our DUI Enforcement crew here at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies arrested 57 impaired drivers last month; an impressive job by the deputies, but not an impressive job by the impaired drivers. They made the wrong choice after consuming alcohol and/or drugs by getting behind the wheel.
These arrests are by the PCSO only; this does not include arrests made in Polk County by the FHP or city police departments.
