It’s official—the SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo is coming back to Lakeland for its 52nd year! This year’s theme is “Red, White & Blue at 52,” and there are some big changes to the schedule you’ll want to note.
The event runs from Tuesday, April 14, through Sunday, April 19, 2026.
✈️ 2026 Highlights & New Features
- The “Composite Airshow” (Wednesday, April 15): In a first for the expo, Wednesday will feature a non-stop “composite” show from 5:00 PM to 9:15 PM. It merges the traditional afternoon and night shows into one continuous event, transitioning from golden-hour flying to a full night performance.
- Opening Night Concert: Kickoff is Tuesday at 5:00 PM on the Warbird Ramp, featuring country artists Cooper Alan and Thomas Mac.
- Runway Row: A new mini-exhibit area at the Main Entrance featuring retail, apparel, and souvenirs to check out as soon as you arrive.
- Choppertown Express: A brand-new dedicated shuttle service specifically for helicopter pilots flying into the show.

🎫 Ticket & Arrival Info
- Early Bird Pricing: Available online through March 14th. Single-day tickets are roughly $45 during this window (vs. $50 regular).
- Cashless Event: SUN ‘n FUN is now 100% cashless for all onsite purchases, including parking and food.
- Parking: The lots open daily at 7:00 AM.
